Service Description

Very specific sports techniques are used and determined on the day of assessment, during your consultation and are only performed by a qualified therapist. Hence, it's therapeutic to address muscles, ligaments and tendons to ease tensions; Trigger points, METs, STR & mobilisation and stretching. Please be advised that we recommend a minimum of a 60-minute appointment for your first session or maintenance massage, this will allow for consultation, assessment and discussion on areas of concern. Following that appointment , we recommend 90/120-minute appointments.
